In the Tosya region of Kastamonu, local agricultural products have started to occupy stalls in public markets. Vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, eggplants, and zucchinis grown in the villages of the area are now making their way to market stalls, which are held on Mondays. These local products are seeing significant demand from the residents, with village eggs produced locally also being very popular.
Farmers mentioned that they grow these products in their own fields, stating, “We cultivate tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, cucumbers, and zucchinis in our fields. Now that the season has started, we are offering these local products to the residents in the public market. Our local products are highly appreciated for their quality and distinctive taste, as we use natural fertilizers in their cultivation.”
They added, “In addition to vegetables, we also offer village eggs and other animal products, all produced by ourselves. The local products displayed in the public market, which is organized with pandemic measures in mind, are in high demand.”
Alongside the agricultural products market, another market is held at the same time that focuses on selling clothes, shoes, daily necessities, and other items, providing residents and visitors a comprehensive shopping experience to meet various needs in one place.
في منطقة توسيا في كاستامونو، بدأت المنتجات الزراعية المحلية تحتل مكانها على الأكشاك في الأسواق العامة. الخضروات مثل الطماطم، الخيار، الفلفل، الباذنجان، والكوسة المزروعة في قرى المنطقة، بدأت تجد طريقها إلى أكشاك السوق، الذي يقام يوم الاثنين. تشهد هذه المنتجات المحلية إقبالاً كبيراً من قبل أهالي المنطقة، فيما يحظى بيض القرية المنتج محلياً بشعبية واسعة أيضاً.
وأشار المزارعون إلى أنهم يزرعون هذه المنتجات في حقولهم الخاصة، قائلين: “نحن نزرع الطماطم، الفلفل، الباذنجان، الخيار، والكوسة في حقولنا. الآن وقد بدأ الموسم، نقدم هذه المنتجات المحلية لسكان المنطقة في السوق العام. منتجاتنا المحلية تحظى بتقدير كبير لجودتها وطعمها المميز، حيث نستخدم الأسمدة الطبيعية في زراعتها”.
وأضافوا: “إلى جانب الخضروات، نعرض أيضاً بيض القرية ومنتجات حيوانية أخرى، وكلها من إنتاجنا الخاص. المنتجات المحلية المعروضة في السوق العامة، والتي تقام مع مراعاة الإجراءات الوبائية، تشهد طلباً كبيراً”.
بالإضافة إلى سوق المنتجات الزراعية، يُقام في نفس الوقت سوق آخر يعنى بعرض الملابس، الأحذية، الاحتياجات اليومية، وغيرها من المنتجات، مما يتيح لسكان المنطقة وزوارها فرصة واسعة للتسوق وتلبية مختلف احتياجاتهم في مكان واحد.
